We are proud to feature those whose dedication, integrity, and excellence help drive the Genesis Series forward. These professionals develop talented futurity and derby horses, build strong bloodlines, and elevate the level of competition across the series.
Cayton Creek Farms is dedicated to preserving and advancing true foundation Quarter Horse bloodlines through thoughtful breeding, careful selection, and hands-on horsemanship. Our program is built on producing sound, athletic, and willing horses that excel in both performance and everyday work, while maintaining the strong minds and durability that define great Quarter Horses.
We are proud participants in the Heritage Ranch Program from Wagon Wheel Ranch, carrying forward generations of proven foundation breeding with an emphasis on real-world usability, versatility, and long-term soundness.
Standing at Cayton Creek Farms is WWR Rowdy Man Romeo, a 95% foundation AQHA stallion that blends the best of performance and heritage bloodlines. In 2024, Romeo earned recognition as the 3rd Place AQHA Mounted Shooting Stallion, adding to a growing list of accomplishments across multiple disciplines. He is admired for his correct conformation, strong hip, expressive eye, and steady, willing temperament.
As a sire, Romeo is already proving himself, consistently passing on his athleticism, calm disposition, and natural trainability. His foals show the heart, mind, and versatility to succeed in competition, ranch work, and all-around performance. At Cayton Creek Farms, we believe foundation matters—and we are committed to building the future of Quarter Horses the right way.

We’re proud to spotlight Colton Stegall, owner and head trainer of Circle S Training Center, an active western performance training facility producing talented, confident, and competitive horses across multiple disciplines — including Cowboy Mounted Shooting.
Colton brings dedication, experience, and a thoughtful training approach focused on speed, rate, responsiveness, and a solid mental foundation. His program continues to turn out horses prepared to succeed at the highest levels of competition.
